Treatment Method of Abandoned Special-shaped Steel Formwork

Shaped steel formwork is a steel formwork used for concrete pouring. Special-shaped steel formwork can replace wood formwork, significantly reducing the removal of pore water pressure and air bubbles in concrete pressure by traditional sealed formwork such as wood, plywood or steel plate. After concrete pouring, the special-shaped steel formwork structure forms an ideal rough interface. Rough machining is not required to proceed to the next process.

How to deal with the repair, transformation and scrapping of special-shaped steel formwork? Let's take a look.

1. Under normal use, the special-shaped steel formwork department shall inspect and evaluate the main steel formwork of the bridge every quarter.

2. After the inspection is completed, the bridge steel formwork that needs to be repaired (or modified) should be removed, stacked, and marked in a separate area. The management personnel of the special-shaped steel formwork shall fill in the application form and report to the project management department for approval.

3, the project management department according to the safety and quality supervision department, material management department to provide the need to transform the special-shaped steel formwork proposed transformation plan, reported to the project management department to organize the implementation, approved by the chief engineer.

4. If the special-shaped steel formwork is damaged or corroded seriously and loses the repair ability, the manager of the user department shall fill in the Application Form for Scrapping the Special-shaped Steel Formwork and report it to the Engineering Management Department for handling.

5. The Engineering Management Department organizes the Material Management Department and the Safety and Quality Supervision Department to identify the scrapped special-shaped steel formwork. The engineering management department issues the notice of scrap of special-shaped steel formwork. The material management department and the department using the special-shaped steel formwork shall clearly annotate and write off the special-shaped steel formwork, and indicate the date of scrapping.

6. Scrapped special-shaped steel formwork shall be processed within a time limit, and those that are too late shall be stacked separately.

Before the special-shaped steel formwork is put into use, the safety and quality supervision department shall organize re-inspection, and the unqualified products shall be returned to the manufacturing department within a time limit. Spare special-shaped steel formwork shall pass the inspection before it can be put into use again. In addition, during use, the full-time inspector of the safety and quality supervision department is responsible for the quality supervision of the installation and disassembly of the special-shaped steel formwork.
