2. After the inspection is completed, the bridge steel formwork that needs to be repaired (or modified) should be removed, stacked, and marked in a separate area. 5. The Engineering Management Department organizes the Material Management Department and the Safety and Quality Supervision Department to identify the scrapped road and bridge steel formwork. The Engineering Management Department issued a notice of scrapping road and bridge steel formwork. The material management department and the road and bridge steel mold use department shall clearly annotate and write off the road and bridge steel mold, and indicate the date of scrapping.

6. Abandoned road and bridge steel formwork shall be disposed of within a time limit, and those that are too late shall be stacked separately.

Before the road and bridge steel mold is put into use, the safety and quality supervision department shall organize the re-inspection, and the unqualified products shall be returned to the manufacturing department within a time limit. The spare road and bridge steel formwork shall pass the inspection before it can be put into use again. In addition, in the process of use, the full-time inspector of the safety and quality supervision department is responsible for the quality supervision of the installation and disassembly of road and bridge steel molds.
