Road and bridge steel formwork is a steel formwork used for concrete pouring and forming. 1. Under normal use, the road and bridge steel formwork department shall inspect and evaluate the main steel formwork of the bridge every quarter.

2, after inspection to determine the need to repair (or need to transform) bridge steel formwork should be removed, stacked, separate area marking, by the road and bridge steel formwork management personnel to fill in the application form and report to the project management department for approval.

3, the project management department according to the safety and quality supervision department, material management department to provide the need to transform the road and bridge steel mold, put forward the transformation plan, reported to the chief engineer for approval and submitted to the project management department to organize the implementation.

4, road and bridge steel mold damage or serious corrosion, loss of repair capacity, by the use of department manager to fill in the "road and bridge steel mold scrap application form" submitted to the project management department for approval.

5. The Engineering Management Department shall organize the Material Management Department and the Safety and Quality Supervision Department to appraise the scrap road and bridge steel formwork. The engineering management department shall issue a notice of scrapping the road and bridge steel formwork. The material management department and the road and bridge steel formwork use department shall make clear remarks and write off the road and bridge steel formwork, and indicate the date of scrapping.

6. Scrapped road and bridge steel formwork shall be processed within a time limit, and areas that are too late shall be stacked separately.

Before the road and bridge steel molds are put into use, the safety and quality supervision department shall organize re-inspection, and return the unqualified products to the manufacturing department within a time limit. The spare road and bridge steel formwork shall pass the inspection before it can be put into use again. Moreover, in the process of use, the full-time inspector of the safety and quality supervision department shall be responsible for the quality supervision of the installation and disassembly of the road and bridge steel mold.
