The combined steel formwork is composed of two parts: steel formwork and accessories. Steel formwork includes plane formwork, internal angle formwork, positive angle formwork, joint angle formwork and other forms of formwork (such as trapezoidal, triangular keyway formwork, etc.). The fittings mainly include connecting pieces and supporting pieces, including U-shaped card, L-shaped bolt, hook head bolt, butterfly card, etc. The supporting pieces mainly adopt steel pipe.
The more commonly used are mainly 3015 and 1015 plane templates, which are composed of panels and ribs. The panels are 2.5mm or 2.75mm thick and the ribs are 2.8mm thick. The combined steel formwork can be assembled into various forms and specifications according to the construction requirements.

3 Transportation into warehouse
When the 3.1 is hauled by car, the formwork beyond the height of the carriage rail must be bound and fixed with ropes, and it is forbidden to carry people in the carriage or on the formwork at the same time.
In the process of 3.2 transportation, the driver must abide by the road traffic management regulations, and the speed should not be too fast.
3.3 Formwork transported to the construction site must be neatly stacked, and the lower part must be leveled with square wood pads. The stacking should not be too high to prevent dumping.
When the 3.4 formwork is hoisted into the warehouse, the hoisting personnel must command, hook and bundle the formwork.
The binding must be tightened, the traction rope must be tied down, lifting with a single rope is prohibited, and other objects are prohibited from being carried in the template; all kinds of fasteners of the template must be packed in tool bags, and hanging baskets must be used when lifting.
3.5, it is forbidden to pile up the formwork at the side. When stacking on the scaffold and construction platform, it must be stable to prevent it from slipping. The stacking shall not exceed the limited load capacity and shall not affect the traffic.
4 Formwork standing
4.1 Start Bin Erection Formwork
Composite steel formwork is mainly assembled on site. There are many methods for starting warehouse formwork erection. The most common methods are:
4.1.1 Construction setting out.
4.1.2 Two to three templates on the side are erected first. 4.1.3 Upper vertical enclosure order and foot horizontal enclosure order. 4.1.4 Extend and Raise. 4.1.5 Entire standard, pull-up strip.
4.1.6 A guardrail shall be installed at the top of the formwork as required to form a closed safety protection during pouring and warehouse closing.
4.1.7 Closing (tightening strip, mending seam, scraping dust, brushing oil, etc.). 4.2 disassembly and formwork erection
4.2.1 When removing the formwork, first lower the butterfly card screw, and then lower the cross encircling order. 4.2.2 Loosen the vertical enclosure and fix it at the screw rod of the upper outlet.
4.2.3 Remove the steel formwork and raise it, and then apply the transverse enclosure order. The steel formwork of the concrete closing surface shall not be removed, and shall be added up on the basis of this formwork.
4.2.4 The subsequent procedure is the same as that of the initial silo formwork erection.
